To tell the truth, I kind of really like the masterlist. I think it's shiny :D No, I don't open every now and then a new tab just to look at the list. No, ma'am, not me!
Lookind sth up works, though you have to lose the 'the'. Otherwise, consulting sth works to, depending on the context. By the way, it's 'I can't find anything'. Just like in German, Ich kann nichts finden. You don't say Ich tue nichts finden, do you? ;)

I always think of jemanden konsultieren/aufsuchen if I hear/read the word. How would you know what I am saying? Maybe I like to say Ich tue nichts finden if I don't find something XP ...
