Taiki -> Taichi?

This was really quite haunting! I love the way that you delved into the other Chosen and their relationships with Hikari from an outsider's perspective, especially in terms of the build up to Takeru.

Chiori was a very interesting narrator too, sometimes brutal in her assessment of Hikari's friends and yet still very relatable. Dying friendships definitely suck, let alone in Chiori's case, where her feelings went beyond that :[

I'm glad you found Chiori relatable, OCs are kind of risky to write, so I'm happy the character worked for you!

The Takeru part was always meant to be the climax of the fic, so I'm very relieved that it worked! :D

This is simply perfect! Chiori is slightly stalkerish but her POV is amazing. I love how she definies everyone through their relationship with Hikari.

Thank you! ♥ I'm so glad you liked it! I love outsider POV fics, and I'm especially fascinated with how outsiders react to tighly-knit groups such as the Digidestined. I'm not sure anymore why Chiori turned out to be this stalkerish, but I'm glad she did. This is still one of my favourite fics I've written. ^^

I don't think I've ever read Digimon fic before, but this one is just brilliant. The way you got into the OC's mind through her assessments of other people, the outsider POV into the digidestined... I love it dearly.
