Ok. Life is good. Things are happening and changing. I am going to finish up here on the computer in a few then its off for a bit of shopping. The month of June brings my mother's birthday, fathers day, and my sister's birthday. Mom's is done, Jami's is pretty much done, and I have nothing for my father. If you have some kind of italian style herbs growing in that beautiful yard of yours I would even suggest adding some finly chopped fresh herbs to really add flavor...but whatever you guys like! Its a really comfy dish...I personally don't think it makes a whole lot...so if you were gonna serve to a group I would double it and also make some other things :) enjoy!
