I can't believe how this week has flown. I must finish up on these family gifts. If anyone has some additional fathers day ideas please pass them on. Girls are much easier to shop for! (my dad doesn't read this so I will post so far what I have for him!) I got him this black with white pages photo/scrapbook which I will print up a lot of my b&w

awwww! thanks for the kind words. :) you can buy herbs (the plants) at home depot or lowes that would have all the basic info on how to maintain them. all you'd have to do is re-pot them, which doesn't have to be super-dirty (especially if you use gloves, which i highly recommend). start small, and start with a plant that's around the sink (it will be easier to water it)--many herbs grow nicely in a kitchen window. :)
