I know what you mean. It's like 'fuck' is the only word appropriate. I'm sat here and even after four or five hours it still doesn't make any more sense.
The press conference was heartbreaking. Raw and Smackdown are definitely going to be emotional.
This is the main reason I will not watch WWE anymore. The moment I start really getting behind someone, they will promptly be fired/let go/given the shaft, etc. No more toying with my emotions thank you very much, Vince.
Or die. Sorry I didn't make that clearer. *feels stupid* I remember how it was when Brian Pillman and Owen Hart died. It just doesn't seem to me that being a member of the WWE really helps lengthen one's life span.
To make things a little more clear (sorry): I notice that heart failures tend to happen to wrestlers an awful lot (there was Brian Pillman of course, but I think there are a few others, possibly Ray Traylor, Curt Hennig, Rick Rude, Kerry Von Erich and one other than I can't seem to remember his name... he was a grunge rocker I think...). Personally, I blame the horrific scheduling that is "necessary" for the wrestlers.
I hope this clears this up a little bit. I was not trying to sound insensitive or ignorant. *tries not to fit both feet in mouth*
I just shudder to think that this sort of thing could very possibly happen to the younger wrestlers soon because of their need to take drugs to maintain their position in this company. Maybe that was a reason that Jeff Hardy was let go?
