I don't believe there is any financial assistance for any grad school - at least in the form of financial aid and whatnot. I think scholarships are your only hope. (Except specific programs in the medical and science fields where you're given a stipend during an internship....)

Actually, I was told by my adviser that many grad. programs have assistenceships, tuition waivers, and assistant teaching positions. Also, these are in a science field, so maybe the same isn't true for, say, English majors. I really don't know.
