Ok, so that might be a small exaggeration, but they are causing bad headaches in my family. It's also a very bad title for a song, don't ya think? Anyway, my piece of advice to anyone shipping things is don't use FedEx, they will ruin your life for several days

...except not really. Seriously though, fight with them over it, if they damaged your stuff, then they really have no recourse. And I'm sure you could use $100. And I'll get working on that song ;-)

Oh, and by the way... The Rolling Stones tour rehearsals are happening in the BU arena ("Aggais" or something, isn't it?), so if you happen to see old wrinkly British people wandering around campus, recommmed ED as an opening band...
