my ex was 12 years younger than I and his mom was 4 years older...LOL..we all got a long very well...

I say that as long as both of you are in a happy stable relationship it shouldn't matter.

As long as their is love don't make it an issue. Im dating a man thats nearly ten years older then myself and we have been happy together for almost two years now.

Don't worry hun, Don't let numbers get in the way of you being happy.

I look at it from the perspective that when it all comes down to it you have to make the decision with out any influence from family, friends, etc. In fact the guy I am dating now is almost 13 years younger than me but that doesn't have any effect on us.

Bottom line: Do what makes you happy!

It can be very hard to find love and happiness. Don't deprive yourself of those things just because of a number.
