Scabbing Scars

Nov 21, 2008 11:30

Well, we had a fall out, but in the destruction I had my flaws enumerated to me, and I figure there's nothing to do but address them and grow from them. So now, I present you flaws, my scars, and possible solutions, my scabs, and I ask that, if you care, you contribute to my finding a solution.

Sometimes such things happen, but don't consider it over. I lost a very, very good friend of mine almost a year ago, and we finally just reconnected last week.

These things won't be hard to fix. The hard thing will be finding people who have the patience needed to allow you to fix your problems, and even help you. I have a lot a problems myself, but most of them are neuroses instead of behavioural problems. If you need help, I'm positive I can offer some to you. Unlike most people, I have patience: especially for close friends and exacting revenge.

for the record, his problem with me wasn't that he lacked patience. I just pissed him off saying things I shouldn't have said while I was angry.
A lesson I've learned a while back; don't be online when you're mad. -sigh-

*nods* Yeah... or don't be around people in general when your angry. Reclusing is helpful sometimes.

*pats your muzzle* You won't lose me.

Poor Buck. I'm so sorry. *hugs* These are all things that can be worked on and fixed with simple self-awareness. I hate that it cost you a friend. Hopefully he'll come around. You know that we're all here for you, and like I said, these can be fixed by trying to pay more attention to your flaws. It'll be okay, hon.

Love,
Dani

I know I don't know you that well, but I hope the best for you and your friend. Sometimes people just need space and time to heal a wound. I am very impressed that you decided to take account for your faults rather than focus on everyone else. This is a very mature move. It will take baby steps but you are on the right track ;)

Well, thank you. I figure if I'm going to correct others, I might as well try to correct myself x3
