Every year I marvel at the size of the garden spiders that spin their huge webs accross various areas in our back garden.

Woke up like a light about 03:05 this morning with awful indegestion.. paced about for a bit, drank some water etc..
Ended up hurling lots in the sink, cleaning up then going back to bed.
