Well here we go. Considering packing up and leaving comfy old oklahoma. I have been considering moving to NYC for quite some time now. Really ever since college, then I got married and lost the vision, and slowly but surely, it has creeped back into my head ( Read more... )

Uhhh...wow. Good luck with that. That would be really exciting...but the good job. Hard to find me thinks. However...what if you could get a reference for a job in NYC by your current job? I wouldn't want to go to NYC without any prospects for a job! Ah! Homeless in New York! Not pretty!

Thanks! Yes, it is hard to find a good job, and i most certanily wont move there without another one. Yes, it is my intention for my boss to use his contacts to get me a job with a similar company up there. I wouldnt move up there without it...ive spoiled myself here with food, money, and drink.

If you can imagine yourself feeling regret about not doing this amazing thing, then you need to take the risk and go. Especially if you can arrange to have a job waiting there for you! My God man! You only live once. There is only one New York. If this has been dream, you gotta do it. Travelling to NY to meet with Broadway people sounds cool. But BEING a Broadway person sounds even cooler.

WHAT THE CRAP IS THIS?!?!?!! you think that the last i can hear is that you are in the hospital then a random, although poignant, comment on my journal with NO word from EITHER of you as to how you are, how the baby is, etc.

disclaimer: everything above other than the poignant remark was utter sarcasm, although i am concerned, i am not upset you have not posted, i know if I was in the hospital i would say "but doc, can i get internet in here?!!?! WHAT ABOUT MY LIVEJOUNRAL FRIENDS?!?!?!?" hahahaha
