So i have been thinking....as I was praying to the toilet last night after 6 shots of tequila....i dont even want to type that word.....tequila....ugh

Intervention! stop being so sad and drunk and be your awesome independent self again, I'm cheering for you!, and know that things will get right again. Someone really needs to kick you and I'm going to drive all the way to Tulsa to do it if it comes to that.
One day...when my father's liver finally leaps sideways out of his body and declares in no uncertain terms that it is not going to put up with the abuse any longer and "I can do better on my own! Humph!" It will run around in search of other abused livers. Set up a little Liver Abuse Safe House, if you will. You better make sure you're liver is happy to stick around by then.
I too make things more complicated then they need to be. Insidently, I think most artists do. What is creating art but giving the world something that it doesn't already have in it? And thus, making it more complicated? Just a thought. Also, I like the Autistic Boy story. Sounds very interesting.
me any my liver are working out our differences. I am hoping we have a long happy life together!
Maybe you are right, maybe it is the nature of the artist to do that, but there are a lot of beautiful things in life that are very simple, i am on the hunt for those things.
haha, im glad you liked the sound of it, but it was merely meant as an example, it was a shit story, but maybe i will revisit it someday.
I think you are the only peerson I know who has flashes of insight and inspiration while drunk and puking. You certainly are a rareity and it makes me smile.
Also, I'm with Cheeky on the screen play about the autistic boy. Sounds fascinating - and I truly think you could make it happen! I'd go see it!
You're overlooking something

I find it interesting how in spite of your verbose discriptions I wouldn't go so far as to say you are making things more complex. You're just over doing it a bit...a man of extremes. Yeh, that fits you like your favorite pair of jeans. Stop and consider the stuff that has inspired you. The old woman at the bar...that was a beautiful situation...and a very simple one. You just over did it on the description. Do the Ezra pound thing and distill. Hit the high points. Tell us want you want us to get out of the story. Don't make us dig
