SO I GOT BORED TODAY and was making more icons. And randomly decided to try coloring one! AND I REALLY KIND OF LIKED HOW IT TURNED OUT but I am not sure I have the motivation to do the whole set. BUT I WANTED TO SHARE ANYWAY JUST TO SEE WHAT PEOPLE THINK.

They actually take surprisingly little effort, compared to some coloring styles I've tried before! The first one I did (the doujinshi one) took forever, because I was playing around with styles and options, but once I get into it, it's actually pretty easy... HILARIOUSLY ENOUGH I might actually stop being lazy and make more colored icons, even if I don't use them, just because I like dicking around in photoshop |D

I VOTED FOR THE COLORED ONES, BUT IF YOU THINK YOU CAN'T FINISH A SET DO THE OVERLAYS.

....There's a color layer at 10% of yellow over the whole icon. I... don't remember why I did it, actually XD SO THAT'S PROBABLY WHY.

I AM ALMOST NEVER HAPPY WITH ICON SETS I COLOR and I've got a bit of a love-hate thing going with colored icon sets sometimes, but I'm really pleased with all of the ones I've done so far!

Yeah, I haven't liked most of the colored sets I've done, but I... like Yukiko's? MAYBE EVERYONE ELSE THINKS THEY'RE UGLY AND ISN'T TELL ME but I like them. There's just something so soothing about pepto bismal pink, amirite?

The only thing I've noticed about Yukiko's icons that makes me go "... :\" is that some of the lines look really weird to me? Like, they look really rough in some places? And some of the shadowing (especially on her skin) could blend a bit better imho. BUT IF YOU LIKE THEM THAT'S THE IMPORTANT PART ♥

HAHA i didn't even notice. S'COOL, I VOTE ON A LOT OF STUFF WITH MY PERSONAL JOURNAL.

And yeah, coloring icons is definitely a test of my patience and my ADD XD
