I love you and your humor so much! You continually surprise me with the worlds that you create and your masterful intertwining of the mystical and the completely mundane. It's rare that I genuinely laugh out loud at things I read (as you are probably aware, most "lol" proclamations are really just accompanied by a forceful push of air through the nostrils and a slight smirk), but you get me every time.

Great work!

Thanks! This was a rough week for me, and it's really nice to hear that this managed to be entertaining and got some laughs. And it's nice to know that previous weeks were also amusing. = )

Your tongue-in-cheek style is so delightful and endlessly entertaining. I loved this. I love the idea of it and the way you've brought it to imaginative life is so impressive!

Thanks! I was thinking at first I'd spend more time talking about the misfortunes of the person who took the stone, but the trees, animals, and stone itself just turned out to be more fun. = )

I love what you did with this and how you handled the stone and paper theme. It was bizarre and funny all the way through. It was a great twist to remove the stone from the forest and make it a paperweight for someone who doesn't know what he has, and it ruins his life. It was a pleasure working with you.

Thanks! In all my brainstorming, having the rock be stolen in some way was pretty much the only sure thing, it was just down to a matter of who and why. = )

A pleasure working with you, too.

You managed to surprise me with a twist I absolutely did not see coming, and this is about the most amusing outcome I could have possibly imagined for an enchanted rock... oh, those poor saps, both of them! XD

I'm glad I could surprise and amuse you! Yes, I feel bad for everyone involved. Maybe the forest could send one of the foxes on a daring rescue mission. = )
