What: People begin showing up all over Arkham. All manner of nasties follow.
Where: Outside the Staff Housing Buildings.

Rating: PG-13 to be safe.

Oh, yeah -- and did we mention the monsters?
"Oh, goodie," she sighed as she went to head for the door. "Just what I always wanted."
She blew out of the room, which she briefly noticed looked a bit like a dorm, and made her way outside. There were monsters at the wall, and she was going to fight her way out if it was the last thing she did. Which, knowing her -- a very real possibility.
"Alright. Who's first?"

Yeah, Buffy wasn't all that deterred. And while those things could probably tear her apart, at least she would go down swinging.

She then watched for a little while longer, before glancing back at him. "What is that? Magic?"

Magic was a pretty decent sized part of Buffy's every day life -- or it was, at least -- that she always forgot that most people didn't believe in it. But still -- when it's staring you in the face, it's kind of hard to deny it.

And then she watched as this guy snapped a monster's neck with the power of his mind. Not that she hadn't seen telekinesis before, but that was usual floaty Willow style things, not ... dangerous neck breaking things. "What was that? How did you do that?"
