Medium?

I now wear a medium size shirt. It is just odd. I look at myself in the mirror and I don't even recognize the guy I see, although he does have a slight resemblance to my brother, but he isn't as ugly as my brother. When I lived in Virginia I reached 295 lbs. Now I am ranging between 170 and 175

Congrats! I seem to have gone the other way, since I broke my ankle I gained about 15 pounds that I am trying to lose before July. T.T
