here's the plus to him pleading not guilty. since his attorney was begging him to plead guilty it's not looking that good for him. if you tell your story to the jury he'll have another felony charge under his belt. that my friend will be strike two. either he'll act right and change his life or (and the most likely case) he will fuck up and get a third strike. and in the great state of alabama, three felony strikes and you spend the rest of your life in a state prison. but not actually in alabama. he'll be in good ol' Louisiana. bama's prisons are too packed to take anymore so we have a deal with private prisons in Louisiana. i just let you know way too much about all that, but just thought you'd like to know what's happenin.
