This occurred several years ago, but that is besides the point. This is (straight up) a matter of definition of key terms from these bills and abortion rights, rather than Obama's position on babies being thrown away. Factcheck.com is a great, unbiased outlet that will explain these bills, other issues (and possibly Obama's intentions?) more accurately than an RN who worked in an abortion clinic to begin with: http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/obama_and_infanticide.html

I hate politics. Krys knows this. But Abortion is one of the few issues in which I feel strongly about. And realistically, whether this video is biased or not, I still have strong beliefs on abortion. Obama supports it, I don't, therefore, I don't vote for Obama. Amongst other things I don't like about him, but that's besides the point.

It's pretty simple.
