I think I have a set back in seattle(although I really have no idea what's still in my parents house), we should put together a fondue fest in the summertime.

I think potatoes can be the theme ingrediant a la iron chef, so maybe we can elaborate on classic fondue theme with potato bred, potato chips, and maybe yams as well?
I think we have a hit although I am having a big difficulty thinking of a good melting cheese for potatoes... the only rule is that the cheese has to be 60%fat content or more(I learned this on food network from alton brown so I trust, but if you know differently do say). This will be a challenge but I beleive we will make yum fest 04 happen.
