I attempted to view the video but my computer sucks so I could only hear it. It changed my mind in ways, but I just don't know. I just remember watching a special report on a news channel that mentioned how cows are injected with some kind of anesthetic that *puts them to sleep*. Granted, it can be percieved as wrong and, I am opposed to eating some meats, but I guess to an activist that wouldn't make much difference. I also know that as a substitute for red meat, you can eat beans and nuts and tofu and whatnot but none of that really compensates for the iron you get from eating red meat. And if you don't have enough iron in your bloodstream, you get anemia.
I'm not trying to argue, I just wish there was some way I could be an animal rights activist without turning completely vegetarian but, unfortunately I don't think there can be. I don't want to be amean person just because I eat meat because,I truly do love animals.

Of course it doesn't make you a bad person. It would be sayiung that everyone who is not a vegetarian is evil. Which of course, is not true.

i dont know, ever since i talked to this girl chelsea, its made me re-think about consuming animal products. I think I want to go veggie, but at the same time I love meat. I love soy food, so being a vegan wouldnt be a problem..just i don't know, its confusing.
