A lot has been happening lately, even though I haven't really had the chance to update.  Our band recently got a new bassist and he is really awesome.  We're getting him learned on our stuff and then hopefully we'll be back to writing some more new songs.  We may have a possible show in Memphis on Labor Day but I'm waiting to hear back from the guy

Sounds like stuff is really working out for you, I'm happy for you! I miss talking to you though, I hope you're able to get internet back up really soon. Seems like you go through band members a lot, how many have you had to replace now?

Well let's see:

The band originally lost its second guitarist who was replaced by myself. After that, the band lost both of its singers which were replaced by our current singer. Then that singer got sick and we had his friend fill in while he recovered. His friend is now in the band as well so we have two singers. Then we lost our other guitarist and shortly after that our bassist. Then we found this new bassist and he's really damn good so we decided that we really didn't need another guitarist. Eventually we're probably going to have one of the singers play guitar and sing but we need to get another amp for that.

Tis true, tis true. But that's fine because he either wrote or co-wrote most of our songs anyway so it was always his baby.

hey man, im glad things are finally settling down for you and all. Its awesome that you get your own place after graduating AND getting a good bassist. Hope all goes well for your band^_~
