I've been feeling a low-level but constant animosity toward someone I know for a couple weeks now, and for no particularly good reason. This is really crappy. It's nothing that talking about it would solve, either. I really wish I were above this kind of idiocy, but I'm unfortunately mortal. Blech.

I remember this one day, when I used to work phones, every single caller had me thinking "I Hate You, DIE!" They weren't even doing anything irritating, the thoughts came before they'd said more than a word.

Luckily I think I managed to hold it in. Callers usually turn nasty when you let your bad mood show, and that didn't happen.

Yeah, I've been there. Customer service can be a huge pain, especially when you're already in a bad mood. It's hard not to take it out on the people whose fault it isn't. Then again, it's like that in real life, too. But don't worry; I'm an expert at holding my emotions in, particularly with people who don't deserve my problems.

Hugs,
I am sure you will figure out why inside. I have tools that help with that if you are interested.

I believe in you, and your ability to manage everything.

This may sound silly, but they could be a psychic vampire--someone who drains others of their energy through various ways. Your irritation could be, on some level, a reaction to that. They could also be someone with whom you were enemies with in a past life, and your seemingly irrational agitation could be some of that deep animosity. But people come into our lives to teach us lessons, and this feeling won't go away until you figure out what that is.

Good luck! Hugs to you!

I'm pretty sure I know what the reason is. It just isn't fixable or necessarily reasonable.
