Sorry guys. Yesterday when I was waking up, I turned my neck towards the right to stretch when suddenly the opposite side of my neck cracked. Damn stupid argh! D; I really thought it was my last day on earth because the pain was unbearable. I was even starving 'cause I couldn't move without erupting into my tears. It just hurt so bad. My eyes even ( Read more... )

WOOW. so let me get this right.. you have already had a collarbone dislocation and that morning incident worsened your condition... is the risk more higher than success if u get a surgery?? because well, I don't know how your condition is, but if therapy and others alternative medication aren't working maybe you really should thinking about surgery, I'm afraid something worse will happen, well because just a mere stretching has caused your neck injured... but it's just my thought and of course if the risk is higher than success well, maybe you just should do therapy regularly until (if not 100%) your neck reach the best condition... pray for you & keep fighting ^^..

the risk is higher in surgery unfortunately because I have arrhythmia. I'm doing therapy now, but yeah the after effects are a complete pain and I'm so effing lethargic almost all the time .____.

Hope you're better now. Did the chiro help? I had back problems with constant aches in my lower back. I finally decided to visit a chiro, turned out my spine was very misaligned, once I had it aligned back into position, it helped a lot with the constant pain.

Yup, it did. I have a good range of my neck now ^_^ but my collarbone is still a problem for me and my spine. Doc said I'd have to keep coming back to the session, but really I'm scared whenever he pops things in my body, and the after effect is really bad. I keep getting dizzy, lightheaded, no appetite, nauseated and lethargic. I couldn't even talk much cause it took too much energy out of me ;__; Though, I feel better after 3-4 days after the session, the after effect was just terrible. I don't ever wanna go under that again ;_;

I would go back. I had the same response after the first session, though it wasn't as bad as yours-the bad part was I was driving after the session. I didn't have any after effects after the 3rd session. I think it was because of the spine misalignment, my body got used to a different centre of gravity and when it got re-aligned, it was taking time for it to adjust its sense of balance, etc (my own unscientific logic). Your after effect may be bad because your case is more severe than mine. Why don't you try a few more sessions before deciding not to go at all? And compare the results with the after effects?

Maybe oranges won't be very helpful for this one...
*attempts to send you Yunjae love-cooties but realizes those might be a bit gross*

Get well soon!!
