I actually had to go to the post office because I've never sent anything in a tube but it turned out that the same rates as usually apply. Priority registered would cost 5 euro (it's the fastest and not expensive). I use XE to convert curreny, and it's ~47USD. Unfortunately, I can only accept payment in PLN, which after convertion is 145 PLN and with paypal fee included it's 150 PLN.
