I went looking up some information today, mostly because I was curious.
Now this is specifically taken from the City of Minneapolis website, but I'm pretty sure it is a good set of guidlines:

Missing Persons
Law enforcement guidelines require that a reporting person must believe that a missing individual is a vulnerable adult or will harm himself

Sometimes... A person will just scream and holler all day about how she might try to kill herself.

"I'm going to take all my pills!"

"I'm going to run my car off the road!"

And then all they actually do is sit at home and wonder why nobody cares...

This is also NOT a missing person.
Actually, she's just being a giant douche-bag and ought to either make good on a threat so that we can call the cops without 'crying wolf' or just cut the bullshit because... NOBODY CARES!
