You should start with Librivox.

I've got James Joyce's Finnegans Wake as an audiobook, although after a few hours of that you probably would start to feel as if you wanted to be the seafood.

Not sure if it would help you but I know when I was slogging through leveling like two years ago on WoW I would listen to comedy CDs, mostly stuff like Lewis Black and Dane Cook.

That's all I was listening to the last week, Lewis Black, Dennis Leary, Ron White, etc. That's all good for an hour or so at a time, but I have whole days at my desk sometimes. LOTR is keeping me going right now. Should be good until the end of the week.
