For some background I’ve hated the fact that I can’t get out of bed in the morning. I have this long self talk about getting up and how it isn’t hard and everything will move so why not get out of bed? It turns out this was part of my ‘morning routine’ uhg. Picking on myself was A PART OF MY MORNING GETTTING OUT OF BED ROUTINE!!! Talk

I guess the light would help with the rapid blinking part, but it could hinder the figuring out where you're at if it blinds you like my 200 watts of coiled flourescent brightness.

I actually spent most of the extra thirty minutes figuring out what to do tomorrow so I wouldn't have to face that moment of befuddlement.
Once I get the mechanics (and the habitualness) of my new habit down I'll start changing it for efficiency. Like getting up at 5am (that might come sooner than the one month test it out period) and taking myself all the way through breakfast.
