Yesterday was the end of Gay Pride week, where parties, gay orgies and wonderfully dressed people reigned and ruled the world, or Belfast anyway. Many people may think what follows will sound strange coming from me, but I really dislike Gay Pride. I don't hate it, could never hate it, it's too much fun, but I really dislike it

The fight for acceptance of alternative sexualities is not yet won. Maybe you should try reading the news.

maybe it isn't in many countries, but that does not take away from the fact that if a straight person were to celebrate his sexuality in the same way, gays would be up in arms against it.

gay pride is still reverse discrimination, which is my main gripe about the thing.
