That was unexpectedly easy. He didn't question me very much, though I have a feeling mother had something to do with the convincing before I actually asked since she knew of my plans previously. Not that I mind her help or anything, I just shudder to think about how, exactly, it was that she opened him up to the subject so easily.
I mean...they're my parents and ...Ew. No. Not going there.
She's always liked Ryou though, so I guess having her as an ally in this case is a very good thing. I just hope he never finds out about the nicknames she uses for him when he's not with me. Ha~
I've got the distinct impression that they're up to something else though, and that both fascinates and frightens me. My parents love to think they're being sneaky, when they're far...far, far, far from it. Fascinating - because being around them both when they're up to something ...they start reminding me of children. It's actually funny. Funny, but disheartening because THAT is probably why I can't keep anything hidden for very long.
Frightening - because I don't know what's going on, and as much as I trust them with most things, this isn't for me, it's for him. I just really hope they know what they're doing~
Perhaps I can get a few clues from Yoko this weekend if she'll be home.
Outside of that: I think I'll burst if I don't let someone else know what I'm up to exactly. I've been fairly obvious about it thus far, so I know he knows that something is going on. But the exact thing in this "something" is what I really want to surprise him with.
I'm aiming for speechless as a reaction. And that...well...
That doesn't happen very often with him.
