I'm loving this series so far. Protective!Ichigo and Byakuya are wonderful. You write them very well. The bit about Yammy coming back to the SS for revenge was particularly interesting, because it sounds like something that could actually happen in canon.

I also love the friendship you're developing between Ichigo and Byakuya, I do think that once they get past their...stubborn ways, they'd make very good comrades. Different people, same objectives.

I always thought if Byakuya got a chance to see Ichigo in the real world he'd loosen up a bit and realize Ichigo's not a punk, so I'm glad I'm writing it convincingly.

now that you tell, they do have a lot in common. Both are big brothers who wants to protect their beloved ones. I love the thought and the way you worked it out.
