it seems really familiar, but if there is, i cant remember it off the top of my head :S

in any case, it seems kiyoharu was just really stuck on things that ended in "-illy" this album haha

Yeah, I think it was just for the sake of making the "-illy" sound, especially because the way he says "beret" and "believe" also sound vaguely the same. It kind of reminds me of the way the people in the film Billy Elliot say "ballet" (and "Billy" for that matter).
