This was a tremendous read, Hahn. Thanks for this. I've always felt this but the way I resolved it wasn't so much giving up on reason but learning to find a balance. I've always been more prone to overthinking and overanalyzing but sometimes I just have to tell myself " Shut up the brain, just go with it" - see my busking for instance. Reason would tell me to get the hell out of there, stop your nonsense. But I sing anyway and feel better for it afterwards. That doesn't stop me from thinking though - you gotta be balanced about it. Being all heart sometimes doesn't work either - you leap into things halfbaked and halfplanned, and you end up in a righteous mess.
Anyway - thanks again for this read, hope you find the courage to take that leap of faith. Nike always comes to mind - " Just do it".
