It depends entirely on the time of day and the situation. For instance, a group of teenagers in the afternoon are probably a "slouch", unless they are in school in which case they will be a "sulk". Whereas in the morning the same groups will be a "whinge" and a "grunt". Of course up until 11 am on a Sunday morning the only group noun for teenagers is an "absence".
