One of my best friends cycles in London - a fact which is known to _hypatia_ - so no offence was intended! He, of course, is crazy, but in a manner that is nothing but endearing - think "traditional English eccentric" and you've got him.

Well, OK. Traditional English eccentric with a shed full of bikes and a singing voice like an angel.
