Michael leaves for Paris in a little over 2 hours. He is only gone for a week this time but I am feeling depleted and down at the outset. I'm not looking forward to this week you might say. I had hoped that I would be able to go visit someone else for a part of this week but work schedules being what they are didn't match up well enough to make

I should have a NatureBright SunTouch sun lamp showing up Monday, if you want a review of it by the end of the week. Chuck had recommended it to me since they found out I needed a replacement. Doesn't have the hammock or sauna, but it's a start.

And I get the struggle of scraping by with meds. Not fun. I'm sorry you're having to go through that. :(

I have a couple of Verilux, one for home and one for office. I should probably move the home one into my bedroom and turn it on in the morning when I wake up.
