 I'm so happy with this aspect of my life that It's a warm buzz. He makes me feel happy and warm and safe and at ease, and he brings out the best in me. It's like an overwhelming sense of rightness that I float on, that's strong enough to carry me even when I'm not with him. could this be love, I ask myself? what else could get me to quote silly

By quoting silly songs, do you mean getting bits of corny love songs suck in your head for extended periods of time like your head is bursting out in song? Because that's what happens to me.

hehe, sort of. I was more directly referencing the fact that I had actually just typed "could this be love" and felt utterly ridiculous. But, you're right as well- my head does seem to be bursting.

It's rather annoying how pop culture has managed to give all romantic truths cliche status. It's a difficult to feat to write about how you feel if every line that comes from the heart already has a corny tune attached to it.
