Consider this my official announcement: my roomates are moving out "mid-June" and a new person will be moving in. I've yet to identify this person, but if you are or know of any one who is a soon-to-be-homeless person, preferably male, you should alert this fellow of the vacancy.

I'd be interested if you were going to put up with them for about about 2 and a half months longer. Of course, with the amount of excitingness that I haul around with me, you might not want me as a roomie anyway.

When is your lease up? I've been told there are people about needing a place just for the summer, which would then leave me again in search of an acceptable, non-estrogen-enraged roomate (I do believe you qualify).

Well, I'm not *normally* estrogen enraged. Sometimes, though, I go on these wild estrogen benders... sometimes.

My lease is up at the end of July, but then I'm out of town until the last bit of August and was planning on finding a place for the first of September. I'd have to come and measure some things in your apartment before I agreed to anything, though -- I have a *lot* of stuff.

It just so happens I have not very much stuff. The bedroom is not so big, but the only furniture I own is in my bedroom (I'll probably get something from Goodwill if I need to, but that would be expendable). You can come over and look at things of course, and I ought to know whether I'll have a roomate that would fit that timeline with plenty of time to let you know if it would be possible/desirable.
