Well since you just started working out it could be that your muscles are holding a lot of fluid, which would make you feel bloated. Try drinking more water, it might help flush out the excess fluid. (Fighting fire with fire, I know.)

You don't have to change your diet all at once. Change one little thing at a time and in the end you won't really miss all the things you gave up. :)

Wow, I didn't know that. I will definitely try to do that. I'm not the only one who feels that way. I'm doing the program with a bunch of other people, and a few of them said that they feel like they've been gaining weight as well.

The thing about changing my diet though, is that I don't know when to start, and for the most part, although I've tried, I just can't seem to stomach healthy things, lol.

Fruits are good though.

Pretty sure it's the shoes. Get some good running shoes at your local New Balance (or other local shops selling those kind of shoes), and ask them for good support.

I will try and do that. I got some insoles today to see if they helped, but they were too small for my feet.

It's weird though, since I've never had a problem with these shows before.

I was just using them for walking and stuff though.
