There is nothing to be concerned about. A friend of mine is concerned that I might be overdoing the Nyquil, but it gives me a great night's sleep. A large cup of cappuccino in the morning, and I'm good to go

But my circadian rhythyms are completely shot. Like I went to bed at 7am today and woke up at 10am. Nothing but lots of coffee can help me keep going :)
If you know in advance where you are going, use that to help you chose, otherwise go semi-formal when you can't decide, at least that is my general role of thumb.
