Grats :) I quit awhile ago, but I'm using the patch, I don't hate myself nearly enough to go Cold Turkey.

Good Luck, the worst ends after a few days.

Maybe you should take up sugarless candy or something. Oral fixations don't just go away, right? I seem to recall that that's the mental quirk to which you attributed the smoking habit. :) Best of luck with staying all quitteded.
