You know, bipolar disorder is shit, but funny is, that you see the world with different eyes. Just think, how many things you are able to perceive around and explain them. Your therapist is right when he says that you should concentrate on school right now. It is difficult, of course but it is also possible. Small advice. Next time when you have panic attack, eat chocolate. It can make wonders. Most of all because chocolate calms down. Second, because it has sugar and sugar calms down. And chocolate is a nice therapy :) Take care and if you ever want to talk, add me either to msn messenger or to google talk.
The problem with school is that I'm not ready to focus on it when I need to focus on being able to follow a normal routine (i.e., shower regularly, pick up after myself, eat the right foods, exercise). When I don't follow a normal routine, I end up dropping all of my classes because there's no incentive to go. If I can't shower regularly, how the hell do I do my homework regularly?
I've talked with my therapist for 16 sessions and still seems to think I should be focusing on school before my mental and physical health. Before my hygiene. She's not empowering me. She's breaking me down.

I love chocolate. Perhaps a bit too much. :\
