I was wondering how you were...

Its hard and frustrating for family and friends to understand what their suffering loved ones are going through. So these fights tend to happen. I don't know what your situation is with your family, but sometimes these fights are for the better- they can let out all the issues both parties have been getting upset about and relieve the tension. Sure, there's better ways, but sometimes its hard to get it out.
Maybe part of the outburst, also, was because you were upset at yourself about the situation as well? Maybe not, but if so, you should be glad that you were able to recognize that you need to take the time to focus on you and getting yourself better.

You be careful. One hospital scare is enough. :(

My mom and I don't really communicate that much. We keep things really superficial, and whenever we have a fight like this, she retreats back into denial mode.

Yes, I was upset that I had a panic attack just thinking about going to that interview. But I have panic attacks for a reason. I wasn't ready.

This is my second time in a hospital. Last time was December 1999.
