My friend Jen and I really liked Cuppa on Somerset... The owners were really nice, and the tea was good.

I usually go to Bubblicity on Somerset, though I am open to different bubble tea experiences! I just like wandering around the shops in Chinatown, so it's a good starting or finishing point.
