Well folks, I am happy to report that my surgery went well and I appear to be in one piece, so far as I can tell... I have to say that the residual pain in my shoulders (apparently a side effect from the anaesthetic) is worse than the pain where the actual surgery took place. And the codeine they prescribed for the pain was making me so ill that I ( Read more... )

So: glad to hear it went well. Try selling the codeing to highschool kids for profit (and kicks... har har :)

Yeah I thought about selling the codeine to children. I even thought Kieran could deal to all his friends - and, frighteningly, I think he'd be good. We'll see. He'll be 10 next week - it's about time he got himself a job.
