Well. It would seem I survived my intense exam schedule, more or less in one piece, as far as I can tell... My writing hand is sore but I'm sure it's nothing a few pints of cider can't fix

Woohooo! Happy Survival!

I only ever read one story by Atwood. It was for a contemporary lit class, and strangely it was set in a camp that I went to near Sudbury. Reading that was a bit eerie.

I was really anti-intellectual after highschool, thanks to parental pressure to be all I could be - just as long as it involved me ending up a university professor! So I very deliberately avoided anything like that for nearly 10 years - including university! It's a good thing I got over myself because it turns out I love university. Still not to keen on being a professor though...

me, i'm the reverse. it turns out that i hate university. luckily, i was fortunate to attend (cégep) college first.
