Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! The oral exam is done! And it went rather well and only seemed to last about two minutes. I just got asked about holidays, which was good, because I had lots of stuff to say on that and very little for the other topics. Ollie is a genius! A genius, I say! He came into my room, picked up my laptop, stared at it for a minute, pulled the battery out and switched it on! And now it works perfectly. Just a quick update, because my computer is dead. I'm currently using Ollie's because I need inspiration for this essay, and for that I need internet, and also because I was having withdrawal symptons from livejournal and facebook. There was a grand plan to, but Shell and the boys were off into town to avoid the drama and I had nasty IBS (my own fault for pretty much living off pizza and takeaway for four days, I know), which was only going to distract me if Holly and her drama didn't get there first. This evening was just a nice quiet evening. Note: WAS. We had tea, dismantled the smoke detector thing in the living room which finally SHUT THE BLOODY THING UP. The warden came, and was useless, but did promise to send an electrician tomorrow. We watched a video Alex and his mates made over the summer, which was hilarious. Today started at 4:30am. Yes, that's FOUR THIRTY A.M.! The fire alarm had gone of - yes the one on the living room ceiling next to the big wet patch where the landlord made waterfalls yesterday.
