Getting back to life

So I think I only worked about 5 days in the month of April. The Unisom totally stopped working and I thought I might die. So now I'm on a prescription. It makes me feel a lot better, but then I can't poop. A whole new battle. I won't go into it. But I plan on getting back to work next week. I hope no one gives me a hard time, I know I
