That's great! It's amazing how getting in shape makes you feel, too; healthier and better able to cope, probably because it's so good at stress-relief.
My disaster is sugar. I really try to stay away from it, but I've been on massive sugar-binges, lately, and no exercising, somehow. A terrible combination!
Swimming's great, it's one of the few things I miss about Tucson :)
