by all means, skip "Mamma Mia" and go see something worthwhile, like "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" (a musical) or "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" or "Glengarry Glen Ross" or "The Pillowman" (the latter three being not for the young or weak of stomach) or even "On Golden Pond," a play about kindly old people with James Earl Jones. trust me, "Mamma Mia" is not worth your money.
