Fact A-05: Worries and Insecurities

[ She's on and about the morning chores as usual before she needs to head back to the school for work, but if you're observant, she seems a little... down. ]
[III. Action | Outside the Elementary School | Open | 27th September - After School]
[ Keine's just looking towards the distance, settled down on one of the benches not very far from School, and taking a small bite out of her own home-made... is that onigiri? You don't see that in Mayfield very often now, do you? ]
[ Mokou's droning, despite her droned self still lacking an arm, brought to her attention the lack of wings on the permanently-droned Cirno, and likewise, Wriggle. That, and that Mystia was skipping school again today... She just hopes the poor child wouldn't be droned for that.
Meanwhile, she still looks fairly down, but maybe... If you're observant enough, you might just notice a faint glimmer of hope in that fairly downcast expression on her face. ]

[ her tone sad, but determined, she picks up the phone and begins with asking the following question: ] I'd like to ask... is there a way to differentiate between a person that's gone from the town, and thus permanently droned, and a person that's being punished, and thus droned temporarily?
